Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot, add pasta and cook until al dente.

  3. Add diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream and add reserved pasta water if needed for consistency.
