Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine dill pickles, Parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle each chicken breast with salt and pepper, dip into beaten eggs, then coat with the pickle-Parmesan mixture.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and cooked through, about 20-25 minutes.
