Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. After baking, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and return them to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.

Notes
