Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
1 cup diced potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
1 package refrigerated pie crusts
Instructions
1. In a slow cooker, combine shredded chicken, peas and carrots, potatoes, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
2. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
3. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) about 30 minutes before serving.
4. Roll out pie crusts and place one over the filling in the slow cooker, crimping edges.
5. Bake crust in oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
