Crockpot Corn Dip is a creamy, cheesy, and crowd-pleasing appetizer made effortlessly in the slow cooker. Perfect for parties, potlucks, or game nights!

Ingredients

Canned corn (drained)

Cream cheese

Sour cream

Shredded cheddar cheese

Green onions (chopped)

Beef bacon bits (or turkey bacon bits)

Garlic powder

Pepper

Instructions

1. In a crockpot, combine drained corn, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onions, bacon bits, garlic powder, and pepper.

2. Stir to mix well.

3. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours until heated through and creamy.

4. Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.

Notes

Use frozen corn if preferred—just cook a little longer.

Add jalapeños for a spicy kick.

This dip is best warm but can also be served chilled.

Make ahead: prepare and refrigerate, then reheat in crockpot or microwave.

Variation: Mix in bell peppers, black beans, or try different cheeses like pepper jack or mozzarella.
