Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by washing and trimming the green beans, halving the baby potatoes, and chopping the onion. Mince the garlic for added aroma.
- Layer the sliced beef sausage or chicken strips at the bottom of your crockpot. Sprinkle the chopped onion and minced garlic evenly on top.
- Add the green beans and halved potatoes on top of the meat mixture. Season with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour in the chicken broth until the vegetables and protein are just submerged.
