A comforting wrap inspired by the classic Big Mac, filled with ground beef, special sauce, and fresh veggies.
Ingredients

- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Dill pickle slices (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder to prepare the special sauce.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped onion until translucent. Add ground beef, season, and cook until browned (7-10 minutes).
- Spread special sauce on a tortilla, top with beef mixture, lettuce, cheese, and dill pickle slices if desired.
- Fold and roll tortillas tightly, cut in half, and serve with extra sauce for dipping.
Notes
Customize the wraps by using whole wheat tortillas or substituting ground beef with chicken or black beans.
