- 18–24 large strawberries
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries: Wash strawberries, cut off stems, slice in half, and hollow out the centers.
- Create the creamy filling: Beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
- Fill the strawberries: Pipe the filling into each strawberry half and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
Notes
Chill filled strawberries for at least 30 minutes before serving for enhanced flavors. Use ripe strawberries for the best sweetness.
