- 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar (for drizzling)
- 1/4 cup honey (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Unroll one can of crescent roll dough into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, pressing it to fit.
- Spread half of the cream cheese filling over the dough followed by the second can of crescent roll dough on top.
- Drizzle melted butter over the layers and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool, then whisk together powdered sugar and honey.
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm bars before serving.
Notes
Allow the cream cheese to soften fully for a smooth filling. Letting bars cool for at least 10 minutes makes cutting easier.
