A delightful fusion of creamy cheesecake and flaky pastry drizzled with honey, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar (for drizzling)
  • 1/4 cup honey (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Unroll one can of crescent roll dough into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, pressing it to fit.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese filling over the dough followed by the second can of crescent roll dough on top.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over the layers and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool, then whisk together powdered sugar and honey.
  8. Drizzle the glaze over the warm bars before serving.

Notes

Allow the cream cheese to soften fully for a smooth filling. Letting bars cool for at least 10 minutes makes cutting easier.
