  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon confectioner’s sugar (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep the ramekins by spraying two 6-ounce ramekins with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl for 60-90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, egg white, and sugar in a separate bowl until frothy, then fold this mixture into the melted chocolate and butter.
  4. Add flour and mix until incorporated, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared ramekins and air fry at 370°F for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Cool for 1 minute before inverting onto a plate and serve immediately.
