- 2 large eggs
- 1 large egg white
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon confectioner’s sugar (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prep the ramekins by spraying two 6-ounce ramekins with nonstick cooking spray.
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl for 60-90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Whisk together the eggs, egg white, and sugar in a separate bowl until frothy, then fold this mixture into the melted chocolate and butter.
- Add flour and mix until incorporated, being careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared ramekins and air fry at 370°F for 8-10 minutes.
- Cool for 1 minute before inverting onto a plate and serve immediately.
Notes
Use different types of chocolate based on your preference. This recipe is adaptable and can be made gluten-free with almond flour.
