Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 cups broccoli florets
4 cups vegetable broth
1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Sauté onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes until softened and fragrant.
3. Add broccoli florets and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes until broccoli is tender.
