- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ½ cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, Italian seasoning, and chicken broth until smooth.
- Fold in the shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers, onion, and garlic until well-coated with the creamy mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
