Description

Delightful puff pastry roll-ups filled with creamy cream cheese and tangy cranberry sauce, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of puff pastry
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into squares.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and cranberry sauce until well combined.
  5. Place a spoonful of the cranberry mixture in the center of each pastry square.
  6. Fold the pastry over the filling to form a triangle or rectangle and seal the edges.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  8. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Allow to cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a pinch of cinnamon to the cranberry mixture. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
