- 1 package of puff pastry
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and cranberry sauce until well combined.
- Place a spoonful of the cranberry mixture in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling to form a triangle or rectangle and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
For an extra kick, add a pinch of cinnamon to the cranberry mixture. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
