Description
Comforting and flavorful burgers made with juicy ground beef, creamy sour cream, and zesty ranch dressing, perfect for families and gatherings.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ½ lb ground chuck
- 3 Tbsp sour cream
- 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
- ⅓ cup cooked and crumbled beef bacon or turkey bacon (optional)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Hamburger buns
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Mustard
- Mayonnaise
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the burgers tender and juicy.
- Divide the mixture into six equal portions and shape into patties of equal thickness. Press a small dimple into the center of each patty to prevent puffing while cooking.
- Heat a grill, grill pan, or skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties to your desired doneness, flipping gently. Let the burgers rest for a few minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
Notes
Avoid overmixing the meat, keep patties uniform for even cooking, and let burgers rest before serving.
