- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add peanut butter and cocoa powder to the mashed bananas; mix well until fully combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the brownies to cool before cutting them into squares.
Notes
Ensure bananas are very ripe for maximum sweetness. Substitute peanut butter with nut or seed butters as needed.
