- 2 packages (3.9 ounces each) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 4 cups cold milk
- 1 package (14.3 ounces) chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed into fine crumbs
- 1 tub (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 12 clear plastic cups (8-ounce size)
- 1 tube white decorating gel or icing
- 1 cup chocolate-covered almonds or oval chocolate candies (for footballs)
- 1 tube green decorating gel or icing (for field lines)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened.
- Gently fold the thawed whipped topping into the chocolate pudding until well combined and smooth.
- Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of crushed chocolate sandwich cookies into the bottom of each plastic cup to form the first layer, then divide the pudding mixture evenly among the cups.
- Top each cup with another layer of crushed cookies and decorate with footballs using white decorating gel.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill and set before serving.
Notes
Allow the cups to chill for at least an hour to ensure the flavors meld beautifully. These can be made a day in advance.
