Description

Delightful Football Marshmallow Pops are easy to make, combining sweet marshmallows, creamy chocolate, and colorful coconut for a fun game day treat.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz. Brown Chocolate Melts
  • 1/2 cup White Chocolate Melts
  • 12 Regular Sized Marshmallows
  • 1 cup Shaved Coconut
  • 1 tbsp. Liquid Green Food Coloring
  • 1 tsp. Water
  • 6 paper straws (cut in half)

Instructions

  1. Push the cut ends of the straws into the center of each marshmallow and set aside on wax paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix liquid green food coloring with water, then coat the shaved coconut and set aside.
  3. Melt brown chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth, then dip marshmallows and roll them in the colored coconut.
  4. Once chocolate is set, melt white chocolate and use to pipe laces on each marshmallow pop.

Notes

You can modify ingredients for dietary preferences, using dairy-free chocolate melts or omitting coconut if desired.
