Description
Delicious, easy-to-make Cozy French Dip Squares stuffed with roast beef, onions, and provolone cheese, served with warm au jus for dipping.

- 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
- 1 can of au jus gravy
- 1 package of crescent roll dough
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup onions, diced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, combine the au jus gravy and Worcestershire sauce, heating until warm. Add diced onions and sauté until translucent.
- On a baking sheet, roll out the crescent dough, pinching seams to form a rectangle. Layer roast beef and provolone cheese over the dough, then fold and seal tightly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for a moment, cut into squares, and serve with warm au jus for dipping.
Notes
Feel free to use mozzarella or Swiss cheese instead of provolone. For added flavor, consider mixing in sautéed veggies or different cheeses.
