- 1 box brownie mix (your favorite type)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup hot brewed coffee
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, hot coffee, and egg, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, checking with a toothpick for a few moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool completely in the pan. For easier cutting, freeze for 10-15 minutes.
- For the ganache, heat heavy cream in the microwave and pour it over chocolate chips, letting it sit before whisking until smooth.
- Dip the tops of each brownie in the ganache and return them to the baking sheet.
- Melt white chocolate chips and pipe football laces on top of each brownie.
- Let the brownies chill in the fridge to set before serving.
Notes
Don’t rush the cooling time to prevent crumbling. Experiment with different types of chocolate chips for unique flavors.
