- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup garlic butter
- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Remove from heat, stir in onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Fold in cheddar cheese until melted.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of beef mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll them up tightly.
- Brush with garlic butter and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
