Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup garlic butter
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Fold in cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of beef mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll them up tightly.
  6. Brush with garlic butter and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
