- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in apple juice and lemon juice, simmer for a couple of minutes, then add shrimp.
- Cook the shrimp until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in fresh parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
Fresh or frozen shrimp can be used. Serve warm and enjoy immediately for the best flavor.
