Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in apple juice and lemon juice, simmer for a couple of minutes, then add shrimp.
  4. Cook the shrimp until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in fresh parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

Fresh or frozen shrimp can be used. Serve warm and enjoy immediately for the best flavor.
