Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts or thighs
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (or dairy-free alternative)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (or your favorite blend)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
- Coat the potato wedges in the garlic Parmesan mixture and place on the baking sheet. Rub the remaining mixture on the chicken and arrange on the sheet.
- Bake in the oven for approximately 25-30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Notes
For extra flavor, don’t hesitate to add other spices or vegetables. If using chicken thighs, adjust cooking time as needed.
