Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut your potatoes into wedges, keeping the skin on for extra texture.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through.
