Ghostly Lasagna is a spooky twist on the classic Italian dish! With layers of cheesy goodness, savory beef, spinach, and ghost-shaped cheese decorations, it’s the perfect festive meal for Halloween gatherings or cozy family dinners.
Ingredients
Lasagna noodles
Ricotta cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Ground beef
Marinara sauce
Spinach
Egg
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Ghost-shaped cheese (like provolone or mozzarella for decoration)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add garlic and spinach, cooking until wilted.
4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, salt, and pepper until smooth.
5. Spread marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
6. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, beef-spinach mixture, mozzarella, and marinara sauce. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
7. Top with mozzarella and ghost-shaped cheese decorations.
8. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
9. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve hot with garlic bread or salad for a complete meal.
