Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1/4 cup chipotle sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Butter or oil for grilling
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 8–10 minutes and drain excess grease. Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave to make them flexible.
- Lay a warm tortilla flat, add rice, beef mixture, nacho cheese, chipotle sauce, sour cream, and cheeses, then roll tightly.
- Heat a skillet, sprinkle with cheese, place burrito seam-side down, grill for 3–4 minutes until golden, flip and grill the other side.
Notes
Customize your burrito with toppings like guacamole, cilantro, or lettuce. Let grilled burritos cool before storing.
