These sliders are a comfort food favorite, featuring layers of tender beef and gooey cheese in soft rolls, perfect for family gatherings or game days.

- 12 slider rolls
- 12 slices of beef (roast beef or deli cut)
- 12 slices of cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
- ½ cup butter
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider rolls in half vertically and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the beef slices over the bottom halves of the rolls, followed by a layer of cheese.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, then stir in the Dijon mustard and poppy seeds.
- Brush the butter mixture over the top of the assembled sliders and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serve warm.
Notes
