Description

These sliders are a comfort food favorite, featuring layers of tender beef and gooey cheese in soft rolls, perfect for family gatherings or game days.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 12 slices of beef (roast beef or deli cut)
  • 12 slices of cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider rolls in half vertically and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the beef slices over the bottom halves of the rolls, followed by a layer of cheese.
  4. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, then stir in the Dijon mustard and poppy seeds.
  5. Brush the butter mixture over the top of the assembled sliders and cover with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing and serve warm.
