  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon flour (for thickening)

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well mixed.
  2. Form the mixture into patties about one inch thick.
  3. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. Remove the patties from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add flour to the skillet drippings, stirring for about a minute.
  6. Gradually stir in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce; simmer until thickened.
  7. Return the patties to the skillet, coating them in gravy, and serve hot.
