- 1 (30 oz) bag frozen hashbrowns
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
- 1 cup cooked beef bacon, crumbled or smoked chicken strips
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Combine the softened cream cheese with the milk until smooth. Fold in the cheddar cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Fold in the frozen hashbrowns and crumbled bacon or chicken strips until evenly combined.
- Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy. Let it sit for a few minutes to set before serving.
