Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons erythritol (or your favorite sweetener)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Coconut oil spray
- Additional cinnamon and erythritol for coating
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the applesauce, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir gently until a soft dough forms.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Scoop out small portions of the dough and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with coconut oil and arrange churro bites in a single layer.
- Air fry for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Roll warm churro bites in a mix of cinnamon and erythritol.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Don’t overmix the dough and keep an eye on the bites while air frying to avoid overcooking.
