Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons erythritol (or your favorite sweetener)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Coconut oil spray
  • Additional cinnamon and erythritol for coating

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the applesauce, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir gently until a soft dough forms.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Scoop out small portions of the dough and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  6. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with coconut oil and arrange churro bites in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Roll warm churro bites in a mix of cinnamon and erythritol.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
