- 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional for thickening)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the sliced flank steak. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until browned.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 to 2 minutes to meld the flavors.
- Stir in the broccoli and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes until vibrant and tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, whisk together beef broth, coconut aminos, and cornstarch (if using), then pour over the beef and broccoli. Cook for 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste; serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
