Ingredients

- 4 large tortilla wraps (whole grain or regular)
- 2 cups lettuce leaves, washed and torn
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup cooked and chopped turkey bacon or chicken strips (smoked for added flavor)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and mustard until smooth to prepare the secret sauce.
- Lay a tortilla wrap flat on a clean surface and spread a thin layer of the secret sauce across the surface of the wrap.
- Top the sauce with lettuce, tomato slices, turkey bacon or chicken strips, and avocado. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently roll the tortilla from one end to the other, tucking in the fillings as you go. Cut the wrap in half and enjoy or pack for later.
Notes
You can prep the secret sauce a day in advance. For a lighter option, substitute Greek yogurt for mayonnaise.
