Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (for greasing the casserole dish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, broccoli, heavy cream, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
  3. Grease a casserole dish with olive oil and pour in the mixture. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese on top, then layer on the remaining cheese.
