- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon olive oil (for greasing the casserole dish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, broccoli, heavy cream, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Grease a casserole dish with olive oil and pour in the mixture. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese on top, then layer on the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until set and bubbly.
Notes
For variations, you can swap broccoli for cauliflower, add spices, or mix in spinach for added nutrition.
