- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon red food coloring
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Hershey’s Kisses chocolates
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, red food coloring, and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the lined baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set.
- Press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie and let sit for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
