Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Push the beef to the side, sauté the garlic for about a minute, then add heavy cream and stir to combine.
- Add Parmesan cheese and mix until smooth, then stir in spinach until wilted.
- Combine the fettuccine with the sauce, using reserved pasta water to adjust the consistency as needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
