Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry dough and cut it into 1-inch wide strips.
- Wrap each cocktail sausage with a strip of puff pastry and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the exposed pastry with the egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
