Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- Cooking spray or butter for greasing the pan
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Season the beef mixture with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Grease a 9-inch pie dish. Spread the beef mixture in the dish, then sprinkle cheese on top.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and flour until smooth. Pour over the beef and cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden and set. Let cool before slicing.
Notes
Allow the pie to rest for 5-10 minutes before cutting. Feel free to customize with different cheeses or add vegetables.
