- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- Cooked rice or vegetables for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, paprika, and chili powder. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Pour in the honey, stirring gently to coat the chicken. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over rice or with steamed vegetables.
Notes
Use boneless, skinless chicken breasts for tenderness, and feel free to experiment with chicken thighs or various spices.
