Ingredients
2 shots espresso (30g)
60g cold filtered water
Ice cubes (1 cup)
Optional: 2–3 drops saline solution
Optional: milk or sweetener
Instructions
1. Pull a double shot of espresso using your method of choice.
2. Fill an 8 oz glass with ice.
3. Pour the hot espresso over the ice.
4. Add 60g of cold water to match the espresso-to-water 1:2 ratio.
5. Stir well until chilled and combined.
6. Add optional saline, sweetener, or milk to taste.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
Use fresh whole bean coffee for best results.
If you don’t have an espresso machine, try using a Moka Pot, AeroPress, or even instant espresso.
The saline tip helps reduce bitterness naturally.
Experiment with milk types or flavored syrups for your favorite variation.
