Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Shape the cookies using a cookie press or by scooping dough and flattening it on baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on a wire rack before serving.
