- 4 Submarine rolls
- 2 cups Lettuce, shredded
- 1 large Tomato, sliced
- 1 small Red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup Pepperoncini, sliced
- ½ cup Olives, sliced
- 4 ounces Capicola (or substitute with sliced turkey or chicken)
- 4 ounces Salami (or substitute with other deli meats like chicken or beef slices)
- 4 ounces Provolone cheese (or your favorite cheese)
- ½ cup Italian dressing
Instructions
- Slice the submarine rolls in half lengthwise and lay the bottom halves on a clean cutting board.
- Layer shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, red onions, and pepperoncini on the bottom half of the rolls.
- Add olives, followed by the capicola, salami, and provolone cheese. Drizzle with Italian dressing.
- Press the top halves of the rolls down onto the filling, slice into portions, and serve chilled or at room temperature.
