Description

Deliciously fun snack featuring creamy cheese and spicy jalapeños in crunchy wonton wrappers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 5 slices cooked beef bacon (or turkey bacon), crumbled
  • 2 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Green onions, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the beef bacon until crispy, then drain fat and crumble.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, jalapeños, and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper, and mix until well blended.
  4. Press wonton wrappers into a muffin tin to form cups and fill with the cheese mixture.
  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. Enjoy!

Notes

Press wonton wrappers firmly into the muffin tin for the best shape. Brush with olive oil for extra crunch. Watch carefully while baking to avoid overcooking.
