Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sugar.
- Press this mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest, and eggs until smooth.
- Pour the lime filling over the prepared crust.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Let cool completely, then refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
- Cut into squares and top with whipped cream if desired.
