Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine the ground beef with salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Handle gently and form into four patties.
- Place the patties on the hot grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, adding cheese during the last minute.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill.
- Assemble the burgers with patties and desired toppings.
Notes
For a healthier option, substitute ground turkey or chicken. For gluten-free, use lettuce wraps instead of buns.
