- 1/2 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Combine melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract in a bowl and whisk until combined.
- Mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and baking powder in a separate bowl.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mix, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, if using, then pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with small, moist crumbs. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
