- 4 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream the softened cream cheese until smooth, then mix in the egg and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until no flour streaks remain. Chill the dough for at least 1 hour.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until golden. Allow cooling before dusting with powdered sweetener.
Notes
Make sure to use room temperature cream cheese for smooth mixing. Chill the dough for a softer texture.
