- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup pistachios (finely chopped)
- ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
- A pinch of saffron threads
- ¼ cup sugar (optional, to taste)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the full-fat milk, condensed milk, and heavy cream in a mixing bowl until well combined.
- Add the finely chopped pistachios, cardamom powder, saffron threads, and sugar (if using). Stir until well incorporated.
- Freeze the mixture in kulfi molds or a suitable container for at least 360 minutes or until completely set.
- Serve the kulfi by running the molds under warm water to loosen and enjoy!
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute full-fat milk with low-fat milk. Customize your kulfi with different flavors like mango or chocolate. Ensure the mixing bowl is chilled for a smoother consistency.
