Ingredients

  • 1 cup condensed milk

  • ½ cup pistachios (finely chopped)

  • A pinch of saffron threads

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the full-fat milk, condensed milk, and heavy cream in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  2. Add the finely chopped pistachios, cardamom powder, saffron threads, and sugar (if using). Stir until well incorporated.
  3. Freeze the mixture in kulfi molds or a suitable container for at least 360 minutes or until completely set.
