- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup water

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the lemon cake mix, softened cream cheese, melted butter, and water. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool the cake for a few minutes and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Garnish with fresh lemon zest before serving.
Notes
