Instructions
- Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and asparagus, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until shrimp is pink and asparagus is tender but still crisp.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the dish, toss to coat, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving immediately.
