- 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add ground beef. Brown and cook through, about 5-7 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Lower the heat, and pour in the heavy cream. Stir to combine with the beef and garlic. Gradually add Parmesan and cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and gently fold into the creamy mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste, stirring until evenly coated.
- Serve on plates and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
Notes
Use fresh garlic for better flavor. Taste as you go and adjust seasoning as needed.
