Description

A comforting and creamy pasta dish that combines the flavors of cheeseburgers with fettuccine in a quick and delicious recipe.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add ground beef. Brown and cook through, about 5-7 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Lower the heat, and pour in the heavy cream. Stir to combine with the beef and garlic. Gradually add Parmesan and cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and gently fold into the creamy mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste, stirring until evenly coated.
  5. Serve on plates and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.

Notes

Use fresh garlic for better flavor. Taste as you go and adjust seasoning as needed.
