Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar, packed
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp toasted pecans, chopped
  • 1 tbsp toasted walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the milk and rolled oats. Stir until well blended.
  2. Add the brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  3. Divide the oat mixture into two containers and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours. Top with toasted pecans and walnuts before serving.
